Introduction of ceramic pipes

The thermal conductivity is 185 W/(m·K)! We apply the microfabrication technology developed in the production of mechanical pencil leads!

The raw material, ceramic powder, is mixed with a binder and then extruded. After that, it is fired at temperatures between 1200 and 1500 degrees Celsius to manufacture the product. Through precise molding and uniform firing, we can produce ceramic products with high density, strength, and purity. We can accommodate pipes and rods with an outer diameter of 0.5 to 6 mm, an inner diameter of 0.02 to 4 mm, and a length of up to 100 mm. It is also possible to create filter-shaped fine processing with numerous through holes in the extrusion (length) direction. So far, our ceramic products have been used in applications such as shafts for bearings, heat dissipation fins, and guide pins for drive components in machinery. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
